Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business. We couldn't thrive without you.

 Due to our product being edible and customized, we do not accept any return orders. Once chocolate order is agreed upon by owner of company and you, the customer, payment will be collected in full. Once payment is sent and collected the customer will not be able to request a refund. 

Owner will call/text you, the customer, to inform that the order is complete. A mutual time of pickup will be agreed upon.

If you, the customer, neglects to pick up your order or neglects to set up a pickup time, no refunds will be given. The ownership of picking up said chocolate order is then the customer's responsibility. 

It is our hope that each and every customer is more than pleased with their customized chocolate covered oreo's or other chocolate product!
