About Us

Hi Everyone! Thank you for checking out my home business. I hope you have a chance to look around at all of the pretty chocolates.

I think most of my customers already know my story but for those of you who don't I wanted to share it with you.

I am a Registered Nurse and have been for over 35 years! I have been blessed with a wonderful husband for 34 years and 2 adult children - who own my heart! Both kids are married to amazing spouses.

My chocolate story goes like this...back in 2000 I started my own business while raising 2 children. It was called Candy Under Cover.  That business did exceedingly well (by God's grace) and I loved running it. 

After 15 years, I decided it was time to sell it and go back to my Nursing profession. I sold the business to two lovely business women out of NY. They are still running the business under Candy Under Cover - to this day.

I continued working as an RN- through the Covid epidemic. I was working as a Case manager at a home health care agency. I worked until November 2021 and decided to take a much needed break. 

I started "creating" chocolate's here and there once again and my business took off!! I decided to name my business Candy Under Cover 2. Get it?!

Since then I have been blessed with meeting truly wonderful customer's and listening to YOUR stories. I just love it. 

Every piece of chocolate is hand made to order and I take great pride in my work and want to make sure every chocolate exceeds your expectations.

Candy Under Cover 2!

How? You may ask! The Boston Celtics reached out to 

 Candy Under Cover 2 in December 2023!!

We were elected as

"Small Business of the Night" and received a personalized 

Celtics T-shirt (with our company name on the back!!!!)

We also received an official chocolate covered Oreo order for all of the staff having to work on Christmas day.

What an honor!!
